Now it’s 9:45pm, I haven’t had dinner, and Panera is closed. I was looking forward to eating my favorite sandwich, but the experience was disappointing. A bad ending to a long day.

We arrived around 3pm so it was fairly empty but it looked like a bomb went off inside because it was so dirty. The cashiers took our orders and were friendly. The cooked prepared the food quickly but the sitting situation was bad. Our kids were walking around the empty restaurant trying to find a clean table. The 4 of us sat at a small 2 person table since that was the only cleanish spot. You needed a code to enter the bathroom which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. They looked and smelled gross. Throughout our entire dining experience of 30+ minutes we never saw any attempt to clean tables or trash up. The food was decent but we will never go back to this location. Have a look at the photos. If these restaurants continue down this path they will lose their customers and close. So dirty and must have a problem with homelessness. Broken ice machine as well.

Food waste and trash all over the place and the food surfaces are not wiped down very often. Music is also turned down so you can hear everyone's conversation.
