When the driver arrived, I paid in cash and gave him a tip. He looked at the money, looked at me, asked if that's all I plan on tipping, and then WOULDN'T LEAVE MY DOOR until I added more. I asked if he had change for a $20 (he said yes) I told him to give me $15 back, HE SHOOK HIS HEAD, GAVE ME $10, AND LEFT. Maybe I'm crazy, but tipping almost $15 to a driver who drove less than 4 miles is wild.
