  I came this location 12/29 at 3:40. I really only went for 2 kids meals with the DISNEY toys cause that’s what was being promoted and that’s what I was rung up for. I order strike 1 I got a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. Strike 2 I got some toy of Elio which was not what was being promoted at that location. Don’t promote something you don’t have or at least let a customer know because I really only went for the toys not even the food.

  Looks like they have new staff at night that’s good. Looks like they’re going on a better direction but they were short staffed last night. The manager replaced my fries after sitting inline for about 30 minutes at the drive-through. The chicken nuggets were cold and I have had an upset stomach all day along with diarrhea. About six months or greater ago when you go late at night, they was always fresh fries best french fries in the area, but they went downhill from there Looks like they have replaced some staff, which is good

  Absolute bullshit. They had me wait in line for over 20 minutes while they took the orders of these 2 cars in front of me. I got to the store at 12:50 and they served the people in front of me, but because those people took too long to order, they refused to serve me. I pulled up to the window and asked why and they said they checked the cameras and lied and said that I got here after 1:00am and that they cancelled the people in front of me's orders because"they had no food", which is a lie because I saw them carefully ring them up on the drive through screen, they just didn't feel like working a little more than they had to. Horrible service.

  Do you know how sick you have to be to actually sit and put a review on McDonalds ?!?? That’s me super SICK. Went to McDonald’s 5 mins ago ordered a SAUSAGE mcmuffin w/ NO EGG and do yall know they put only EGG on my sandwich bro this is actually insane. Yall in there playing and cracking jokes when you need to be making orders CORRECTLY. I’m so aggravated and didn’t realize until I got all the way home….. get it together PLEASE

  I was waiting in the DT line for almost 15 minutes, for a delivery order. Let the person know via speaker that I was there to pick up my order. Went all the way around, got to the window, gentleman told me to go BACK around and get back in the line because the order wasn't ready. I asked if I could park and just wait, I heard the Lady manager in the back say, "no make him go around." There were at least 12 cars behind me. I canceled the order pick uo and left. They have zero regard for the time we spend in line waiting and then the manager has the nerve to say that? I don't fault the guy at the window as he is only following orders from her. Never coming here again. Update: they tried to report me to my job, stating I left with food and Never accepted it in the app. Luckily I have everything recorded on my dash cam.
