  Edit: I followed up with the owners response and emailed him all the details and got no response from the owner as well. This place just doesn’t care about customer service at all. We ordered cinnamon twists, a pineapple and ham pizza, and a bacon and spinach pizza. Received the order around an hour after ordering it. We didn’t get the pineapple and ham pizza but a cheese pizza instead. I added a picture of what we received as proof since these employees just think people be lying all the time. Called the store about this issue. Marcel said he would remake the pizza and have it delivered again. Waited an hour and called back to get an eta, he said it should be here in around 25 minutes. Waited another 40 minutes and called again. He said it’ll be here in 5 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes and called again. Driver originally said he left it at the door, then said he handed it to someone. I told him we didn’t get it and asked him to identify who he gave the order to, he chuckled and went silent for about 10 seconds and then said he gave it to me. I said I never got anything and I wouldn’t be calling this many times to lie about a pizza. Went silent again for like 30 seconds and hung up the phone. Never getting delivery or pickup from here again.

  Food was not delivered to the correct address despite the courier saying that it had been. They said the food was left on a table, but there are no tables outside my house. After calling the store to explain that I had been on my porch and there was no food there, the manager told the delivery person to retrieve the food from the wrong address and put it on my porch. I called back and explained the situation, and the manager was dismissive, implying I was lying, despite initially claiming that the delivery driver did not speak good English and may have mistaken the address. When I received a call from the driver, she claimed it had been on the porch the entire time, despite my having been out there. Horrible service and even worse management. I would now have to go to the store with video evidence from a ring camera to prove that my order was not there and to get it remade. I would not order from here again. My food was not fresh, since it was delivered to the wrong address, and showed up extremely cold. 0/10

  I dont know the beef that domino's has with me or other clients, every time I order pizza from this location my pizza always is either cut wrong or it looks like they threw it and made the pizza all messed up. Of course neither affects the taste of the pizza but truly its not about that. Its the fact that they keep doing this over and over again. Funny enough if you tip them over the app your pizza has a higher chance of coming out normal and God help you if you dont tip over the app. I always tip cash if the pizza comes out timely and properly but lately I've just stopped tipping them because why would I reward improper handling of the pizza I paid for, its already more that 5 bucks for delivery now your telling you expect me to tip for a pizza that looks poorer than a frozen pizza. Who ever owns this stores franchise should fire who ever makes or delivers the pizza because someone is purposely messing up the pizzas.
