  They gave us less of everything, for not preparing more, And when we asked for more, they charged us extra for every misery😓

  I had the worst experience at the chipotle location on century rd in Germantown because they forgot my order. I asked the cashier if she included all of my bowls on the order and the little girl acknowledged. However, when I came back to pick up the missed order, the girl acted like she had short term memory loss. She told me to get to the back of the line when she was the same person that served me earlier. She remade my food and intentionally set it aside and had me pay and wait until the rest of the line died down. She spoke to her manager in Spanish thinking that I didn’t speak and she told tried to put all of the issues on me. I told her to check the camera footage before trying to lie your way out. Her manager tried to insult me for forgetting my food. I loved how the girl started making mistakes left and right the moment she knew she messed up. Unfortunately, the customer service here is exactly what you pay for. TRASH!!

  The chicken burrito was about the size of my fist. The lady suggested I get a bowl next time for a larger portion. Is this happening at all the Chipotle franchises?

  I politely asked the gentleman who was fishing out my food if he could change his gloves because he was using to dust off the countertop and also putting it into the cheese and the lettuce and etc. he totally ignored my request, I repeated it severally and he still proceeded to complete my order. Needless to say I gave the food to an unhoused individual, but I spent over $20 on a salad I could not eat because their sense of cleanliness is beyond poor. This place is nasty and should be fined.

  Chipotle has been going downhill in recent years, and this place is no different. The last couple of times we went they were out/low on at least one protein type, and we ended up getting the bottom leftover bits that didn't taste fresh and didn't feel like a full portion. The staff all look like they want to clock out - with no smile or energy, and overall I would never go back again if not for my kids.
