  Underwhelmed by the amount of meat on the buffalo chicken sandwich. Waited an awkwardly long time for a cashier.

  I never write reviews, but that Spanish girl who was working as a cashier needs to be retrained. Her customer service is terrible. Find a job where youre not speaking to people if you don’t like it. I used the x treme deal it comes with the sandwich fries and a drink when I got my food they only gave me the sandwich. I ordered a chicken philly , ultimate fries, and a watermelon lemonade. I then asked for the fries, when i check the fries theyre plain and now that i sipped the drink its a regular strawberry lemonade. I shouldnt have to constantly ask the employees for the correct items when I had a very simple order, I would literally never order from this Charleys again and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody either save your money and go to some place thats going to respect you.

  I got food poisoning from this. My chicken was burnt, my fries taste like they were on the floor, my fruit punch was extremely watery.

  Cold cheese, cold meat, everything tasted bland, cook on phone, could even finish after few bites
