  I’ve been coming to Dunkin’ for years, but recently this location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I consistently place my orders 20 to 30 minutes in advance, arrive on time, and my order is still not ready, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the food quality has noticeably declined. Items like the Snackin’ Bacon are often stale, burnt, and served in very small portions, like what I received today. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service, which has come across as unprofessional and at times microaggressive, making the experience even more uncomfortable. I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but the lack of consistency, quality, and respect has made it incredibly disappointing.

  Very disappointed with my visit. The location was noticeably dirty, which is not something I’ve experienced at other Dunkin’ Donuts.

  A few days ago, I had a very uncomfortable situation with an employee who not only took my order incorrectly, but also made offensive comments toward me, including referring to me in a disrespectful way as “Black.” I spoke with the manager, who assured me that action would be taken. However, when I returned today, the same employee was speaking to a coworker about me, pointing me out as the person who made the complaint. This made me feel even more uncomfortable and exposed. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable. I hope management takes real action to ensure that no one else has to go through a similar experience.

  A little disappointed. Today I was looking forward to green frosted donuts. To celebrate St. Patricks day. To celebrate my Irish heritage. They had nothing to repsent the day. They normally decorate donuts for specific holidays

  Service is slow and unreliable. Sometimes I will go inside instead of waiting in the drive through and no one will acknowledge me for upwards of five minutes. They are frequently out of whatever it is you want, though you may place a mobile order and not find out they don't have what you paid for until you arrive. The donuts they do have often taste stale. I just went and purchased 25 assorted munchkins. I was given all one type, and they're chewy and stale. I go there because the location is convenient but at this point I think I'll give up.
