  I ordered boneless lemon pepper wings and they came out burnt and oily, mind you the oil looked like they hadn’t changed it in a long time, me and my mother ordered a side of fries as well and we didn’t receive it. we waited for about 30 minutes for our order and when we told them about our burnt wings they said that’s how there suppose to look.The workers were being very rude and unprofessional. As soon as I got home my stomach started to ache and hurt, i rushed to the bathroom and threw up I recommend not going to Charley’s.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Businesses like this one need to be shut down and fined heavily for their employees' or manager's lack of respect of customers and their racially discriminatory practices towards customers. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate when their employees are racist and lack basic customer service to treat others with even a modicum of decency. Let me start by saying that I've only visited this place 3 times. I'm a long standing customer of Walmart and never really paid Charley's Cheesesteaks any attention until the first time last year my daughter wanted to try them out. Even that first time wasn't the best experience but i chalked it up to me not being familiar with them. Now fast forward to the 3rd and last time, which was today when I tried to use a coupon from the app and it wasn't working initially. The short girl who wears glasses, has curly hair and looks all of ten years old with the attitude to match, told me in passing that the code wasn't working. The girl at the register didn't speak English well and was communicating with the rude 10 year old looking employee to help and all she kept telling me was that the code wasnt working and kept walking away even though the non-english speaking cashier clearly needed help. Now the rude one could have simply checked the coupon I was trying to redeem and see how best to help. Instead she acted as though I was being a bother, going as far to tell me that my coupon wasn't working and i needed to pay full price. As though it wasnt clearly a coupon from their app. After figuring out what to order to get it to work, I then remarked that I felt she was being rude and could have helped the situation by looking at the coupon and helping me to place the right order for the coupon to work. Instead the rude employee proceeded to laugh and stick her tongue out mocking me in true 5 year old behavior. Looking ten years old but acting half her age like a 5 year old. Mind you this was done in front of my daughters who were with me and other customers. Of course the customers behind us who were not black but Spanish were well respected and taken care of just fine. I just knew that based on my experience I couldn't be the only person or especially black person to have a negative experience with this business. Just from reading the comments I am right. This Charleys Cheeseteaks should be ashamed of themelves for having a 1.9 rating. That says a lot about the dismal quality of their service. They are definitely doing the franchise a disservice by remaining in business. Please do Walmart customers all a favor and close the business.
