Arianna has made my last few Tropiboba bowls and you can tell she puts them together with love. Everything is neat and fresh. She also hand delivers your order. I’ve been to many other locations but this one is the absolute best. I’ve already recommended this location to a few friends and family as well and they had the same experience.

If it only happened once I wouldn’t think anything of it. However it’s happened atleast 3 times at this same location and I believe now that it’s their training culture. Poor customer service and over crowded not enough efficiency

While waiting ten minutes, not one person who was actually in the store was waited on. Yet those who placed orders online were ready and waiting. Maybe they should have more staff working on a Saturday! Or place your order while in parking lot! I watched 5 people walk in and walk out with no wait vs the customers standing in line at the location. We also watched 3 parties walk out due to the ignorance shown!
