Veterans Day line out the door at 11:40, lobby is full and yet the entire resturant seating is empty. The host refuses to seat anyone, claiming the reason is only 2 cooks. Yet, offering to allow 15+ people to self seat and order. But, families with kids can't be seated to order. Make it make sense. Very poor planning for one of the busiest dining days of the year.

Front of house were cheerful, held doors open for us and were very polite. Food was delicious, drinks were refilled without asking. Such a different experience than we get lately with the gen zs idea of service. Will definitely be back.
