I'll update this review afterwards. ORIGINAL REVIEW. I really wanted to love Outback but the chicken was dry and the steak was chewy. The cocktails we ordered were mixed poorly. The atmosphere was okay but the open floor layout was not very inviting. On the other hand, our server was fantastic! Guess it’s back to Texas Roadhouse for us.
