Fries are their saving grace. The last time I went there, the person in front of me tipped. They rang a bell and applauded. I didn’t tip because I don’t tip for fast food. I received my order and the fries were half filled. I called them out for this. They denied it had anything to do with the tip. The manager called me the next day because I did their survey (after numerous notifications to do so within hours). He denied that the fries had anything to do with not tipping. I literally saw what other people received. It was such a scam.
