  I came in to use some rewards from the Dunkin app. I got two wake up wraps intending to use rewards and get one for free. But when I tried to scan it the employees told me it didn’t work. When I asked why and told them they could use my phone to see if it’s some issue on my side. They told me in a rather unkind tone to just pay. They said that the “Free Bites and Bagels” reward didn’t apply to the wake up wraps. Even though it says it in the fine print and it shows a wake up wrap on the picture. When I explained this to him he was very rude and kept repeating my total and telling me to pay. I was tired of my experience there and was just sick of the interaction, so I paid and left. I came back an hour later after seeing that my reward does in fact apply to the wake up wrap and I wanted a refund. When I came in I talked to one of the employees who I see often he was very kind and understood what I was saying. But the same employees from before who is apparently the manager here came over and again was very rude and gave me terrible service. When I explained that I wanted a refund for my wake up wrap because I had the reward and I should not of had to pay for it. The manager again gave me terrible customer service and treated me terribly. He finally gave me a cash refund and I left. But this was a terrible experience. I come to this Dunkin maybe 3 times a week and I have never been treated like this. I am always very kind and understanding and I wouldn’t have been so upset if the employees were kind and explained to me what was wrong, but instead treated me poorly. This Dunkin is definitely not the place you want to go if you want fast and polite service. They rush you out of the store and make you feel like a bother for coming in. Again I go to this Dunkin all the time and to know that this is how they treat a regular who never causes a disruption or makes a complaint when they get my order wrong I am appalled to know that whoever trained this manager needs to train them again. This is disgusting service and I no longer want to come to this Dunkin as I feel they are very rude and unhelpful.

  I can’t believe I’m even writing this review. Went inside this Dunkin to order 2 donuts and cashier picked the donuts up with their bare hands. I instantly asked where their gloves were or the sheets they usually use to pick up donut orders. They proceeded to tell me, they don’t have use coverings, it’s optional so I immediately asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund, then proceeded to grab a sheet to grab 2 new donuts, while putting the donuts in the bag, one falls to the floor, and here’s the kicker, they quickly pick it up and place it in the bag as if they had the speed of a Superhero. At this moment, I thought I was being punked, I again immediately said “I know you lying give me my money back now” and was given a refund. I will never set foot in this Dunkin Donut again, please health inspectors or some type of inspector get to this location now, the public’s health is in danger.
