Gambrills is by far my favorite cava location due to how clean and organized everything is and how polite and on top of it all the employees are. 10/10 i will be coming back again for my weekly grains and green bowl!!!

I want to preface that I don't hate cava and infact really want to give them business because the way I make my bowl is the best "fast food" can be in terms of healthy options. This cava location however is severely lacking in the food safety assurance department. I gave it one more chance a couple weeks later and the chicken from that order was chewy (presumably undercooked again) and it gave me a stomache wherein my stomach felts like it was twisting in knots. On another terrible note, the meats like the chicken are cut up into slices on a massive plastic cutting board. Hot chicken meat on plastic that is being cut into. You're receiving a untold amount of microplastics everytime you eat here along with the risk of undercooked meat. I unfortunately just can't continue to eat here because of the huge health risks with serving undercooked chicken not to mention the heaps of microplastics in said chicken/meats. Avoid if you value your health.
