  Me and my wife decided to stop by this chipotle around 9:30 pm on 04/23/2026, I wanted a regular bowl and my wife wanted a chicken quesadilla with a side of rice and sour cream, the Guy handling the line said “sorry we only do quesadillas for online orders”, I was so confused as this is the first Chipotle in the region that has ever come up with such a ridiculous concept. Mind you, they had literally just prepared a chicken quesadilla right before I stepped into the line, I saw it with my own eyes. I politely requested for it to be done the same way that one was and then they denied it, I asked that if it required to be extra just as separate items and they still refused to serve it. Am at a loss for words for this people. Just know this chipotle will become really famous on tik-tok.

  I will never go to this Chipotle again! Chipotle is a fast-food franchise, which means the recipes should be consistent or at least similar no matter which location you visit. Unfortunately, this location was completely different. There was no flavor in anything. The rice, corn, pico de gallo, and fajita peppers (which were made with yellow peppers instead of green) were all bland, with no hint of jalapeños or cilantro in sight. Even the guacamole was disappointing. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were extremely small—they were very stingy with the servings. Overall, it was very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

  As I lay in patient first today 3/6/26 I will definitely say I have been diagnosed with food poisoning. I was eager to get the chicken Al pastor this week and have been sick since eating it (3/2/26) I’m not sure what resolution they can provide nor am I looking for compensation just bringing AWARENESS food borne illness is no game coming from a person who’s been serv safe certified 3 times. PLEASE DO BETTER. This is the last thing I’ve eaten since I’ve been sick for a few days now and can’t keep anything down. Service and atmosphere was great just food prep etc smh

  Amiyah was great! She provided me with everything I needed!! She was very kind and on top of her stuff! Amazing customer service from her!
