  We ordered 3 foot long subs A roast beef sub, and a subway club along with a spicy italian from Subway #55464 tonight at 7:10 in Gaithersburg Maryland. When I arrived, the worker was still preparing the subs. I was picking up a second order and noticed that she had toasted it. I mentioned that I didn't think it was supposed to be toasted. The employee got mad and said I was wrong until she checked the receipt. She continued to make the 3 subs I had ordered. Then remade the sub on the second order. When we got home, my husband complained that the roast beef had a "chemical or bleach" taste. I took a bite of mine and it had a similar "dirty" taste. We did not call the restaurant because we are 2 towns away and she already had an attitude.

  Ordered online and when I went to pick it up, the guy said they didn't have the main ingredient available! Didn't call to let me know or anything. The guy making the subs seemed clueless and distracted. Definitely not going back here.

  I hate leaving reviews but this is NOT acceptable, horrible they messed up 3 different orders, they did not toast any bread or add sauce! I called wanting a refund for this mess but the lady working there was not helpful and was insinuating I am a lier. It’s just unbelievable!! Plus she was being rude. I did not call to hear her voice I called bc I am not getting what I paid for, u can tell the bread was not toasted it is all dry and white…

  Unbelievable I ordered two footlongs which weren’t toasted and one of them was missing my chipotle sauce and when I called the lady was not helpful at all she staged that she did the order right and that I’m lying ! Never again buying here
