  Went to the store for buy one get one free sandwich. The manager said she cannot honor the coupon because this mac Donald's was a corporation not a franchise. Corporation honors all coupons maybe not all franchises. On the back of the coupon said expiration 6-30-2026. I went to the mac Donald's on Fredrick avenue. They took the coupon with no problem. I will frequent that mac Donald's going forward.

  I come here all the day, and I spend between $35-$45 each time. I paid extra 30 cents for extra caramel and didn’t get it. I also almost dropped one of my drinks because the tray was wet enough that the drink almost went thru. This had happened before and my drink spilled all over the driver seat. NEXT TIME, double the tray.

  I live around the area and I've been to this McDonald location a lot of times. They always mess up my order mobile, drive thru, and even in person. I had to come back every time I order something in this location because of a missing item. Luckily, I live around 5mins away but I'm not really satisfied on how many times an item is missing every time I order. I unfortunately not going back to this location. They don't get orders right and staff are rude

  We buy Mickey D’s iced tea 2-3 times a day, nearly every day - convenient, hits the spot, but….. today is another example of getting stale, spoiled tea in the afternoon - possibly left over from the day before. Or, staff are not cleaning equipment or possibly not making it correctly. Tough to drive home and take a sip and need to puke. Food nearly always good or perfect, drive-through, breakfast superior, but they simply can’t manage their iced tea😓
