  This Giant is near our neighborhood, so it has become the convenient weekly stop for me and my son. At every visit, Greyson at checkout is genuinely the best! He’s always friendly, helpful, and actually engages instead of just scanning and moving on. He even talks to my 3-year-old, which I notice and really appreciate—it makes the whole experience feel more human and less rushed. He’s also one of the most involved employees during checkout—always helping, paying attention, and going above and beyond without being asked. You can tell he actually cares and takes pride in what he’s doing. I also recently saw a customer being less than kind to him, and he handled it with so much grace and professionalism. That alone says a lot about his character, especially being as young as he is. Overall just a genuinely great employee and person—he makes the whole experience better. We still somehow leave with smiles… even with grocery prices these days and the chaos of shopping with a toddler 😅 Thank You to Greyson + the whole Flower Hill Giant Team!

  i got accused of stealing here when i was 16 and it’s been two years im still very upset about this. Me and my boyfriend walked in after purchasing dry shampoo and chocolates (the items were in a giant bag) because we forgot an item, we were going to self checkout and the security approaches us yelling at us “put the items back” i say “No we bought these previously and came in with them” she says “no yall didn’t, yall are getting arrested for playing in this giant” (She claimed i only had a box of wingstop in a GIANT bag, so explain to me how i obtained a GIANT PLASTIC bag if i hadn’t previously came in to PURCHASE items i CAME IN with??) I argue with her back, she makes me leave the items inside while i go dig in the trash for this receipt. We come back with the receipt and she still doesn’t let us take our stuff?? she makes us show it to multiple other employees. This is just ridiculous, targeting teenagers who may have looked a little more alternative than others is just insane. Especially MINORS. I never saw that security guard there again, maybe she got fired but i just left after being harassed by a grown women. I still see the other lady there who was standing next to the security guard yet added nothing onto the situation?

  I enjoy shopping in Giant. Always have Good Sales, THE employees know, very professional and kind. I don't shop anywhere else. I Recommend Giant, to my Family , Friends any one who I speak with.
