  Terrible customer service. I just witnessed my coworker who picks up his dinner here everyday get harassed and insulted by a rude male employee. No professionalism.

  I come to this sandwich store almost everyday since I moved to Gaithersburg due to it being clean and customer service being nice. There is a sweet old lady that even calls me Michael Jordan. But one experience can ruin everything this location worked for. On 02/06/26 I had ordered a footlong cold cut sub and the woman working there whom I believe is new and training gave me the wrong order. Instead of my regular footlong I got a 6’. It was hard to tell since I had another sandwich ordered for my girlfriend. I go there the next day on 02/07/26 only to be disrespected and turned back after a long 5 minute wait for him to come out of the back. Mind you I come here almost everyday. Even after explaining my situation to him and showing him my recent order from the subway app and a picture of the 6” sub order I received the other night. Instead he consistently tried to make me out to be a liar on the hunt for a free sub. He was extremely unprofessional and even threw insults my way. I’m disappointed to learn what I thought was a good subway location is actually not.

  The food at Subway rarely wows me, so the 3 stars just means it’s your typical subway experience food wise, but the service here did wow me. I wish the other Subways would take a note.

  Mal servicio fui a comprar dos panes con mi esposo, y la señora de la noche nos miraba muy mal y como que no quería atender y porque ya estaba lejos de allí, no fui a dejarles los panes el pollo estaba aruinado todo lijoso tenía un sabor agrio, los tomates estaba bien aguados, la lechuga da toda negra omg tenía 3 años de no comer esto y no sirvió nada, no deberían de Chequiar todo antes de supone que todo es fresco y la señora de la noche pésima señor 😤
