Those two women had terrible attitudes! They were so rude and aggressive, acting like I wasn't paying for the things I was buying! If they're so unhappy and miserable, why don't they just quit their jobs? I feel sorry for them!

I've ways liked the food at qdobas, this review is about the treatment of customers: I arrived with my wife, upon arrival something seemed off with the vive, I ordered my food, while I speak Spanish I chose to speak English as that is what my wife speaks and this is how she remains included in the conversation. The worker kept speaking in Spanish, three times she tried to correct me into speaking Spanish-even though I was now uncomfortable. why keep pushing for Spanish? Are you trying to keep my wife out of the conversation? This is extremely disrespectful specially for someone who is married. Next while my food was treated with care and respect, it seemed like at every turn my wife had to keep asking for her to get regularly sized portions, it was like they were trying to skimp on her food and hope she did not notice. Had to ask for meat twice, beans twice, everything twice in order to have just regular sized portions given to her. The final straw came at the time of paying, we asked for an extra side of guacamole, we do not mind paying extra for it and it is expected as everywhere else it is a premium item. For some reason we were given a 2 oz cup that is not even filled up. What is strange is that the customer next to us had a four ounce cup that was filled to the brim, when we asked why we got this embarrassingly small guacamole the woman said "that one costs more" referring to the big guacamole, so now this has turned personal and even racist-there has never been a tiered paying system for guacamole at Qdoba. My wife's guacamole was singled out and given the lesser amount, this means that either they did not like her, and skimped her AGAIN hoping that she did not notice, OR they assumed we cannot afford to pay the bigger guacamole? It seemed like every other guest was treated professionally, therefore this is personal, and given that my wife was the only black woman there at the time this feels racist and prejudiced. Qdoba has never been bad to me but when we add my black wife to the equation, the Hispanic workers seem to have a problem with her: eye rolling bad attitude, small portions. Finally when we asked for the bigger guacamole-willing to pay for it mind you- the cashier pushed the other man's guacamole to us and said "just take it!" I thought it costs more??? If we can "just take it" then it seems even more suspicious, it all adds up to calculated, personal and race based discriminations. It is a shame I won't be eating there any more.

Racially discriminatory and humiliating experience. (Interracial couples- don't come here- black women don't come here) !!! From the moment I walked in, I was stared at and treated differently—as if I didn’t belong there. I am a Black woman married to a Latino man, and I was very clearly singled out because of it. The staff rolled their eyes at me, huffed and puffed, and immediately had an attitude. I was skimped on every side, while the customers behind me were treated kindly and given generous portions. My husband was treated well. I was not. The most blatant moment: I asked for a side of guacamole and was given a drop-sized spoonful in a tiny to-go cup (see photo). The very next customer asked for guacamole and was given a large, full portion. When I questioned why mine was so small, the employee responded, “Oh, it costs more,”—clearly assuming I couldn’t afford it, even though I never said I wouldn’t pay. They also repeatedly tried to correct my husband into speaking Spanish—even though he was speaking English—while they spoke English to every other customer. It felt like an intentional attempt to other me, isolate me, and assert something over our relationship. I felt so uncomfortable, embarrassed, and mistreated that although we initially planned to eat inside, we made the decision to leave the store entirely. The environment did not feel safe. This happened in front of other customers, which only added to the humiliation. This was not poor service—this was racial bias, profiling, and prejudice. The difference in how I was treated compared to my husband and the customers around me was obvious and disturbing. I will never return. Management needs to address the racist behavior and unprofessional conduct at this location. - I couldn't even eat the food. I felt so incredibly upset and embarrassed and disrespected. I'm tired of being racially discriminated against for who I choose to be with. Food disgust me!
