- KKKat4 days ago1.0I love the food here and come very often both mornings and afternoons! The service here is really good and the employees are great and sweet! But, there's these women named Luisa and Alejandra that always seem to ruin my mood. I observed that in the mornings, Luisa seems to act like she is the manager when she really isn't. But when I come in the afternoons Alejandra is just a nightmare. She always has an attitude and is a very rude woman. I don't usually give complaints because I know how hard it is, but Alejandra is just always rude and a huge gossiper. She doesn't seem to be a good coworker by how I see her glaring at people. One time I ordered food and got the wrong sandwich and asked her to remake it, after she remade it, she basically threw it at me with attitude. Overall, the other employees are very polite, but I would really appreciate it if the managers would ask them to change their attitudes!

Atmosphere is generally clean.That said, when someone scheduled a pickup for 10:20 and the staff put it out at 08:50, then pulled it to the back and left the customer sitting at Rapid Pickup for an order that was 20 minutes late, maybe offer an apology to the obviously upset customer instead of flying in with snark under the guise of customer service byetting loose an obnoxiously loud, "Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas," to that customer, and only that customer, as they walk out the door. Entertaining yourself just cost you this new, local, potential customer. Then again, it's your business - maybe your current customers pay for the snark. I surely don't.
