I am allergic to egg!!!!! Yet again, my sandwich had egg. The coffee and organic apple juice were correct. The hash brown was included but was cold. The main item I needed to actually eat was wrong. I have already spoken to the manager about this pattern and was told it’s usually the same employee around the same time. If that’s known, why hasn’t it been corrected? This has been happening for months. It’s 9:06 AM. I woke up with a migraine. I take 17 medications daily and needed to eat before appointments. Instead, I have food I cannot eat and have to deal with credits again through DoorDash. This location is 5–10 minutes from my home, which is why I order from here. At this point, this is not a one-time mistake. It’s a repeated issue. This is clearly a sign for me to be done with McDonald’s completely. Very disappointed.

I told management about it. She didn't care. The first response was here's your money back. Back hold on and she walked away
