- MRMeliza RodriguezDec 15, 20251.0Soy cliente casi diario de esta locación, hoy me atendió una de las managers una Sra Gordita joven, ella estaba en la segunda ventana, porque la primera está cerrada, bueno el caso es que cuando me da orden yo la abrí para revisar que mi orden estuviese completa, y de forma grosera ordinaria y pedante me dijo que me quitara de la ventana que tenía más clientes que atender y eso que no había pasado ni siquiera 15 segundos 🤷♀️yo le contesté que esperara que estaba revisando mi orden. Y me repitió muy grosera, “quítese le digo, vaya estaciónese y revise su orden allá “ 🥺😖y como yo le respondí ya molesta me dijo”😡 me está tratando feo que cliente tan grosera, 😡mejor ya ni venga a este McDonald’s😡” 🤷♀️🫢🥺. Sra Artiga es presiso educar al personal de servicio al cliente, no importan las situaciones que tengamos en nuestros hogares, en el trabajo se deben hacer la atención y el servicio excelente , recuerden si no hay clientes no hay pago para los empleados, tanto respeto merece el empleado como el cliente. No es para que la despidan es para que la capaciten de la forma apropiada.
