  Acceptable experience, if you come after 11 and it it not drive thru you will not get your food. They also will never answer the phone.

  If i could give 0 stars i definitely would. I placed a mobile pickup order for 2 large sandwich combos with drinks and 2 pies. I come to pick it up and I give them my code and they give me a doordash order. I don’t live close by mcdonald’s i’m 20 minutes. I get home realize it’s the wrong food, only has 1 drink 1 sandwich that’s not mine and nothing else. I called 2x and they didn’t answer their phone first and foremost. I drove all the way 20 minutes back with the improper food they gave me. I get there not even upset just wanting my food I paid $30 for. I ask very politely to just get what I ordered. I have my receipt, my code everything. The employees seemed pleasant and fine until the “manager” Sandra V i believe her name was came up to the window. She refused to give me my order despite looking at the receipt with the proper location, the code and even after seeing the food they gave us. She proceeded to deny me my food and a refund for 15 minutes holding up the entire line. She told me I had to leave and she wouldn’t give me any food. Only when I threatened to put a bad review and call her supervisor the following day did she give me my proper order. In which she refused to give me my drinks even telling other employees not to give it to me because apparently I kept 1 sprite when I ordered 2 cokes? I’m not sure what her deal was why she was so rude. I work in customer service myself I understand how these things work and how to handle things like that. That was not how you do that. I will never return to this location as long as she works there. I urge anybody who reads this review to avoid this specific location. The staff may be okay but they are clueless and had no idea what they were talking about. The manager they have is rude and incompetent. I never leave reviews but I feel it’s important for everybody to know and steer clear from here. I will be contacting them tomorrow to speak with a supervisor because based on that situation I still would like a refund considering they refused me my drinks. NEVER COME HERE; watch out for sandra V too!!

  Ordené mi pedido en la página de Macdonald para sólo venir a recogerlo y cuando llego me dicen que no tienen la orden y resultó que la avían entregada a otra persona y me hicieron esperan 15 minutos más porque tenían que volverla hacer después de que ya avía esperando como 20 minutos esperando pésimo servicio los trabajadores no saben ni que están haciendo son las 4 am ni siquiera tienen lleno y aún así se esquivan y cuando abren la ventanilla se están riendo todos como que es un chiste 🤨

  A wonderful McDonald's! I do the drive-thru probably...50 times a year and the young man, Marshal, at the drive thru taking orders and payments is always professional and pleasant and he will check to see if there are breakfast sandwiches left even if it's past 10:30 am. He really goes above and beyond for the customers. My food is always hot and fast and I am loyal to this location. It's also open 24 hours which is pretty special. Thank you for all the meals!
