  Zaslah the person working on balloons Wednesday 4 February. 7:30pm She was sooooo rude. I always go to giant to get my balloons for special occasions! I came in happy and thinking what could I choose . I like the laces with color for the balloons I told her light pink and she was using fuchsia so I repeated that it was the light pink as kind as I could. she gave me an attitude but I let it pass I understand that we are not always in a good mood or tired from a shift … so she was doing the balloons and I wanted to add two balloons that look nice with the arrangement I was thinking. She said annoyed SOMETHING ELSEEE? Like I just ask for two extra balloons not 10 and even if it was 10 it’s their job to do it and KINDLY. It ruined my vibe completely. I think it’s important to remind ALL STAFF TO TREAT COSTUMER WITH MANNERS EVEN IF THEY ARE HAVING A BAD DAY. I own a company and some clients never come back if they received an attitude from employees don’t get me wrong I know there are difficult people out there but being kind and having good attitude and patience it’s something that has to go along positions that get involved with costumers. If a costumer don’t respect the employees it’s rightful to give the same attitude but if they shopping normally PLEASE BE KIND!

  This location racially profiles. I have gone to this Giant many times with no issues but this morning I went in for my regular haul. I used my own bags and informed the cashier that I had many drinks at the bottom. I hand her two to scan while she is behind the counter and she walked around to scan the rest. I paid for all of the items and she tells me about the points that I need to cash or I will lose them. I thank her and proceeded to leave. I stopped to put on my gloves and went outside to take my haul to the car. Before leaving the sidewalk, The cart attendant runs out and asked if I paid for everything in my cart. I told him yes and walked to my car. He followed me, so I asked is there a problem and whats up. He said I'm here to help. I said no thank you and continued loading my car. He walked away, I loaded up my car, and walked to the entrance to return my cart. A woman who is either LP or management intercepts me and what i hear is "if you do this again I will call the police". I am shocked and say "excuse me I haven't done anything". She did not ask to look at my receipt. She just accused me of THEFT and walked off. I was deepy disturbed and I was so shaken and distraught didn't know what to do. I had to sit in my car and calm down from the whole ordeal before I went home. Needless to say but I am never shopping at any Giant establishment again.

  It's a store that has everything of high quality. I like it a lot and the staff are very friendly.
