- MAMayno Alas4 days ago1.0My family and I were treated with extreme disrespect at this Giant location on Thursday around 9:45 PM. There were four young Male employees gathered near the self-checkout who began laughing, pointing, and making inappropriate remarks toward my wife and me while we were checking out with our young daughter present. When the self-checkout machine froze and I asked for assistance, one of the employees yelled “take a picture” toward The employee who was coming to help Us , followed by more laughter. Another employee then stood uncomfortably close behind my wife, behavior that made her visibly uncomfortable while we waited for Him to actually Help us! This was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable — especially in front of a child or at a work space with customers. No customer should ever feel mocked, harassed, or unsafe inside a grocery store. I have shopped at this location many times in the past and have never experienced anything like this. Management needs to address this immediately. Until this behavior is taken seriously, I will not be returning and I’ve had enough it’s not the first time!

I mean who wouldn't want a rotten turkey to serve at Christmas? The bag he handed it to me in leaked all over the place. Giant is not what it used to be, and this store is especially that way. If you want quality go to Harris Teeter or Wegman's. Don't come to this place!

Nobody wanted to assist me. The guy that was there walked off. A lady getting off of work walked over to help me then she called for the manager Lily. She literally looked at me and kept doing what she was doing behind the customer service desk. How rude. I understand the store is about to close but you dont have to treat customers rude because you are ready to get off. So she finally came over, two other employees came over with her. She had to suspend my transaction. Thats when they started talking about me in their language. Rude flag number two. I simply told them "I don't want to be in here no more than you want me too". They looked like they seen a ghost. All of the rudeness is uncalled for. Event
