- KLKeefe Lee4 days ago4.0The location is clean, not busy, the surrounding strip mall is clean enough. Parking is not abundant, just becareful of all the starbucks drive thru traffic. I think Five Guys still hold good consistent food quality for any location. I prefer the Olney location for service out of the many in the area since they greet me as soon as I walk in.

Tonight, the staff member working on fries and handling orders or calling numbers between 1830 and 1930 appeared to be in a bad mood or uninterested. I observed him returning cooked fries from a ready-mix with salt back to the fries pan and telling me there was no salt, even though my order was salt-free. When I confronted him, he gave me a dismissive gesture. Since he was busy, I chose to wait. At the end, when I asked for mayo, he again responded dismissively, called out "mayo," and then said "Merida" in Spanish.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
