  I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive at your Einstein Bros. Bagels location. I stop by almost every morning before work, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and efficient .They often know my order before I even place it. In particular, I want to recognize Malik. He is consistently professional, kind, and helpful, and his commitment to customer service is truly top-tier. While all of your staff are wonderful, Malik definitely stands out. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service; I would absolutely recommend this location.

  This store. is AMAZING!!! whatever I am at Gathersbug I come here for their Spinach Florentine babel. i ami'm never disappointed. The store manager Malik is friendly and super helpful. I Love coming here. Thank you guys!!!

  Kristen is a lovely young woman who made my day this morning and went above and beyond her job duties to help me with my food and she was wonderful. It’s not common to go to a place where they’re younger people working and especially at fast food or a food establishment where someone is so dedicated to her work and making the customers happy it is so refreshing and she was absolutely delightful. Beautiful girl, beautiful personality, and she all in all wins for best employee of the year in my book because I come to this one specifically all the time and it is my favorite but now she has made it so much better and put a smile on my face for today. Thank you very much.

  I placed an online order for a sandwich, but the ordering page did not provide any options to specify how I wanted it prepared. I was prepared to still eat a delicious sandwich. When I arrived to pick it up, I grabbed the bag and left. Once i sat down to enjoy my lunch I noticed that the chips were not included, onions was not added, and mustard was added and i do not like mustard. I did not eat the sandwich because it was not prepared correctly. I called the Einstein Bagels location to report the issue. The employee who answered was polite at first, but when I requested a refund, he became dismissive and told me that after placing an online order, I was expected to call the store to specify my preferences. no where on website states that. This is unreasonable—if the order is placed online, customers should not have to call separately. He then told me to request a refund online but could not explain how. When he asked the manager, I heard the manager say they did not know, and the call was disconnected. When I called back, the phone rang without an answer. I tried again, and both employees refused to pick up after several attempts to call. Thank you.
