Today the rice was mushy and there was almost no flavor. I also notice they have a lot of turnover with staff. Probably why there’s no consistency.

All three of my orders came with only 3–4 small pieces of meat each. It’s unbelievable. It truly feels like they give extremely small portions to Uber Eats customers, even though we pay more because of delivery and service fees. This is not acceptable and not the quality or portion size I paid for. Very poor service and definitely not a good look for Chipotle. They need to be consistent with their portions and stop shortchanging delivery customers.
