After waiting an additional 10 minutes, a worker checked again, still it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later, they ask for the name, saying they don’t have it, so I showed them the app confirmation and email confirmation. Still, I hadn’t received my food, and the workers were not doing much to help me. When I finally received my food, and entire 25 minutes after the estimated time for it to be ready, I took it and went home. When home, I realized they added multiple toppings onto my bowl which I had not ordered. Horrible experience, waste of time, terrible service, nothing you would expect considering there were about 15 workers in there.
