When we were served the tenders I questioned the quality as they looked burnt out over cooked or bad fry oil and they said that it was the way the tenders should be prepared. I have had the tenders at various locations and I can assure you they should not be cooked like that. We did the pick 6 all tenders looked the same and tasted bad. And the flat wings were gross tasting like the fry oil needed changed. But the fact that we were told that's they way they should look was very annoying and they even mentioned it was there oil.

That’s $75 of my life I’m never getting back. - They forgot my cocktail, which was mid once I did receive it. - We ordered onion rings, which were all stuck together and burnt. - They gave me fries instead of wedges, and when I alerted the waitress she said she’d alert the kitchen and bring me wedges. I never got my wedges. - My boyfriend ordered three flavors of wings, he only got one of the flavors he asked for. The other two flavors? Mystery. And they barely had any sauce on them to begin with, mind you. - The “chicken dippers”? Don’t get me started. When I first saw them I thought they were chicharrones. See picture attached. Who makes chicken tenders like that??? Now that I’ve had some time to process, I realize that it wasn’t even a chicken tender - it was a chicken patty cut into five pieces. WHICH WAS TERRIBLE! I’m convinced it wasn’t even chicken. Is BWW using squirrel meat now? Service was alright. The server was friendly and I don’t REALLY blame her as she was really busy so I won’t mention her by name. All in all, would give zero stars if I could. Just go literally anywhere else.
