Drove to the location only to be told that they didn't have any of the items we ordered, despite the website confirming they did. Staff member apologized and offered a refund and said to go to a "real" BR instead of a combination.
- EKEmily KitchensOct 17, 20251.0They had half of their flavors pulled over an hour before closing. I went in with my mom. Her first choice they didn’t have (although the flavor tag was still up). Then I ordered, and the flavor I wanted was empty. But they still had the bin and name tag on display. Then I ordered a different one. When they went to scoop it was drop a different flavored bin (according to the name tags) so I spoke up so I’d get the correct flavor. Turns out it was the correct flavor they just 2 of the same flavor in a row and didn’t remove the name tag of the other. I genuinely try to be understanding for people in the service industry, but if a particular flavor isn’t available, why keep the labels up that say you have them? Highly frustrating.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
