  I waited 20 minutes for a drink, my bagel was ready immediately. By the time I left my bagel was no longer toasted. Was the $4 drink worth the wait? No, not really, it tasted awful. If I wasn't traveling, I would've made my order at home and saved myself the 20 minutes. It's a shame, I saw the menu items and had higher hopes.

  Very convenient location, my food was fresh, the staff were very polite, and the environment was very clean.

  The food was absolutely amazing. The customer service was spectacular, and my food was most importantly fresh and hot.

  I had an unpleasant experience while picking up a takeout order. I was looking at the orders on the counter to find mine and did not touch any of them. A staff member — a Black man wearing glasses — approached me and said, “You want your order or not?” I told him the order on the counter looked like mine, but he repeatedly demanded, “If you want your order, say it,” which confused me and felt confrontational. Instead of offering assistance, his tone and wording were rude and unhelpful. This was the most negative in-store experience I’ve had, and I will not return. I hope management addresses this type of service.

  Drove 30 minutes to pick up (2) 2 dozen boxes for a work event. These include 4 tubs of cream cheese each. After a less than desirable pick up experience (cashier was rude) I got to work to find that NONE of the EIGHT included cream cheeses were in the box, only the 2 I’d paid extra for. I had to run out and buy more. Was not worth it. ETA- reached out to customer care as instructed and have been completely ignored. Waste of time
