  Okay let's talk food! Coastal Flats understood the assignment 😎🌊✨ From the moment you walk in, the whole place gives elevated chill vibes. The food? Fresh, flavorful, and honestly hard not to post before taking the first bite 📸🍽️ Every plate came out looking like it belonged on a feed, and the flavors definitely matched the presentation. The energy was lively, the service was on point, and overall it felt like one of those spots you instantly add to your ‘go back again’ list 🔥 Definitely a solid pick for good food, good vibes, and a cute outing 🙌”

  I popped in with my picky 12yo hoping to entice her to eat. She mentioned fish & chips and I read a lot of reviews before trying Costal Flats bc I’m picky too. They were really good! The batter is perfect, light and crispy with light flaky fish inside. The tartar sauce is spot on. I would have liked more lemon but I easy could have asked for it. Service was great! Attentive, friendly and interactive with my kid. I can’t ask for more. The fish tacos disappointed a bit with too much sauce I think. I love sauce but excess on the side so I can taste the other flavors hidden underneath. I’d order them again but with that request. We sat outside and were not blown away by music. The volume supported conversation and a good vibe, didn’t dominate it. It was a good place to have an indulgence with my child in between lunch and dinner.

  We are from Canada and wanted to try different restaurants so chose this one . Service was fantastic our server Teriney was polite and helpful in getting us the best food on the menu she is amazing very friendly Thank you !. The Chef even came out to ask if food was ok we were thankful as we were really enjoying our food! Thanks again we had a lovely evening ! To be honest everyone in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly they even took pics for us as well ! Thank you !

  Real nice bar. Very rarely have I had a hard time finding a seat (as a single guy). The food is great, but a tad costly. It comes out quick. The bartenders are attentive, the drinks are well-prepared. The atmosphere is lively, usually sports on the tv's in the bar. I've seen a lot of dates and groups of coworkers having a good time with a drink after work. Been here several times, never had a problem. You will spend, though. You get what you pay for.

  Great American Restaurants is an incredible owner of brands! We have had the pleasure of dining at most of their brands, Coastal Flats, Mikes, Stupid Good BBQ, and Best Buns and have enjoyed everyone of them. We would try them all, but we don’t live close to the others. That said, this review is about the Coastal Flats located in Downtown Crown. It is absolutely ridiculous how consistent the quality of your food and service is each and every time we have visited. This most recent trip was on Thursday evening and Jordan was our server! It started with a genuinely friendly greeting at the hostess stand and great smiles and incredible eye contact. They were busy but still managed to maintain engagement with every guest who walked in. Jordan was prompt friendly and provide me incredibly friendly service and was even efficient. It’s not that I am surprised, but it’s this way every time we dine there! We have never had a bad experience with service or food. Clearly you are still one of the few food service companies that still stress training. Your management team are always working the floor and engaging guests. We will be back and I highly recommend this restaurant, because it is truly a pleasant oasis in a sea of mediocrity. Keep doing a great job! See you soon!
