- FGFatima GuzmanMar 30, 20261.0The food is decent but it’s the service that’s isn’t, my boyfriend had ordered food from this place and they messed up his order and offered another bowl, a week later we came in and the service wasn’t all that great, when we called the manager told us to ask for her and when we did she acted like she wasn’t there as well as a lot of times the workers there have given me dirty looks or said comments in Spanish thinking I didn’t know and honestly makes me not want to order or go again especially since we’ve never done anything to disrespect them or have had a bad attitude, I myself work in that area and have never treated customers the way they have.

They ensured me they will take steps to monitor the location and revisit hygiene rules with the staff. I'll return to Chipotle eventually, just not this location.

- YWYolani WilliamsMar 17, 20261.0Awful customer service, this chipotle needs to retrain their staff specially that girl working on 03/17/26 around 10:18pm with red butterfly tattoos. She never greeted us, we waited 5 minutes in the line while she talked to her coworker and then just straight up asked what we wanted in an arrogant way. It seems like she doesn’t like her job at all. I am a manager of a restaurant so customer service is a must no matter what, I would be embarrassed if one of my employees acted this way towards a customer. When it was time to pay she kept having a full on conversation with her coworker and kept the bag on her side of the counter the whole time, she handed the receipt so I had to reach over the counter for my bag.
