  I am absolutely shocked by my recent order from Chipotle via DoorDash, from the location at 564 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. The portion of meat in my order was laughably small—barely enough to cover a spoon. This is the second time I have received such a ridiculous portion from this location. Paying full price for what looks more like a tasting sample than a real meal is completely unacceptable. I feel completely cheated, frustrated, and disrespected as a customer. I value Chipotle for its quality and fair portions, but this experience makes me seriously reconsider ordering from them again. I attached photos (if platform allows) showing the meal and my DoorDash order as proof. It is astonishing that this continues to happen. I hope Chipotle addresses this issue, because no one should pay for such an insultingly small portion.

  I haven't ordered a burrito for myself in years, though I frequently get veggie burritos for my daughter. Today, I decided to get a chicken burrito via DoorDash pickup. While the crew was professional and friendly, the experience fell apart once I got home---- my Chicken Burrito had absolutely NO CHICKEN in it. And no, I don't mean that they were stingy with the meat --- I mean that there was NO CHICKEN AT ALL!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ I tried calling the restaurant to resolve this directly, but the automated system transferred me to a line that just rang indefinitely. I prefer handling things directly to help the team improve, but since I can’t reach anyone, I’m forced to vent here. 😫😫 My daughter’s order was fine, but my evening is ruined. How do you forget the main protein in a chicken burrito? Very disappointing! 😤

  The service is so bad here. The ladies on the line always have a HUGE attitude even when people are being nice. They make up imaginary rules to just benefit the company(?) like you can only use one coupon at a time or they can’t put soft tacos in a bowl…. lol I ask for extra rice and they’re like “I already gave you extra rice” with one scoop. The problem is if they actually had GOOD service, I wouldn’t even mind the attitude but they always forget something like chips or salsa or something is ALWAYS wrong with the food quality. I honestly hate this location and will drive 10 min extra to go to the one at the rio. Last time They gave me a ROTTEN avocado in the guacamole and I complained and the staff at this location did not care at all lol a joke of a “restaurant”.
