  Chicken arrived ice cold on the hottest day of the year and missing fries with order. Smallest side of carrots I’ve ever seen. Disgraceful

  Never go to dine in or order take out from this location, the service is terrible, the employees don’t want to deal with you, my husband had to wait an hour for our food that we ordered ahead, and then the order wasn’t complete and he had to wait another half an hour, and It took a whole hour and a half for the manager to come out and apologize, is just ridiculous. Every single time we go dine in the servers provide poor service or some of our food is missing on takeout. Don’t waste your time and money hoping for bare minimum okay service, because they will always exceed your expectations on how bad the service will be.

  Stopped in for dinner. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very courteous, nice employee. Sat down at table and was immediately approached by a server who took my drink and gave me adequate time to review the menu. Ordered my meal and received it pretty quick considering the establishment was about half full. My meal was excellent. No complaints. Everything I asked for was quickly brought to the table and the value for what I ate was good.

  I had a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings, and a big part of that was our server, Marc. He was extremely kind, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire visit. Marc made sure our drinks were always filled, checked in on us at the right times, and had a really friendly attitude that made the experience even better. It’s always nice when a server genuinely cares about the customers, and Marc definitely did. Because of him, the visit was smooth, enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
