  Dear Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your restaurant. Historically, your establishment has been what we considered our fine dining option in the Gaithersburg/Rockville area, which makes this experience particularly concerning. This was our second visit within the past month, and unfortunately, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. On this occasion, I ordered a trout dish with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were clearly spoiled, with a rancid taste that made them completely inedible. We brought this to the attention of our server, Benjamin M., who kindly took the concern to the kitchen. However, the response we received was that the mashed potatoes were “fresh and in good condition.” No further explanation, apology, or attempt to resolve the issue was offered. The dish was eventually removed, but without any acknowledgment of the problem or effort to correct the experience. This lack of accountability and service is deeply disappointing, especially for a restaurant that we once held in such high regard. Experiences like this not only diminish customer trust but can have serious consequences in today’s competitive environment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the quality control in your kitchen and the level of service provided to your guests.

  Nothing absolutely blew me away, but overall it was a very good meal and a great value. The day we went, the Bang Bang Shrimp was 50% off, and with the complimentary bread we were already starting to get pretty full just from those starters. It’s also getting rare to find entrées under $20 almost anywhere, but everything we ordered was right around that price or less. Between the free bread and the discounted appetizer, we even ended up with plenty of leftovers, which usually doesn’t happen at this price point. Service was friendly, and the interior was clean, nice, and quiet.
