  Frequently have a very long wait time when using the drive through. Communication about which pick up window to use is lacking and the food doesn't always seem very fresh.

  This used to be the fastest McDonald's in Frederick I have no idea what went wrong. Twenty minutes in the drive thru for 2 sandwiches and a large fry? Plus prices have gone way up seriously choose another McDonald's if you have to.

  They almost forgot half of my order. My sisters and I ordered three drinks, two happy meals, and three McChickens. When we received our food, we only had one happy meal and one drink. Luckily, we caught that before we left however when we got home we realized we only had one McChicken. We are beyond angry that we paid extra for food we didn't even get.

  Very unprofessional and rude manager on duty! I called tonight around 7pm about missing half of my DoorDash order and my doordasher asked the worker if this was everything and he was told that was the full order. But I received incomplete. Called the store to let them know, and manager says ‘how is it our fault when it was there on the counter’. I told her the situation and that it was their fault. My dasher communicated with photos and everything the best of their ability. The manager was rude and not once tried to show any sympathy and had no solution or positive response at all. She should not be a manager and I told her that she should find another job. Luckily DoorDash is great with customer service and actually finds a solution when there is a need, unlike this manager at this location!
