  Not exactly busy this morning, and we’re at 15 minutes wait time for my burrito. Not exactly “fast” food… and considering the price, it’s a little ridiculous

  I ate hear a few weeks ago after a few people recommend it. I had the crab cake club sandwich that had shrimp salad on it. It was amazing and so much food! I also got bakery items to go to share with coworkers in the AM. The donuts and apple fritter where also a hit. I wish I remembered my servers name. She was amazing! I loved the diner feel inside the restaurant. The booths in the downstairs are small, so be careful to not bump into your neighbors.

  We waited for 22 minutes for our takeout order and then I asked for a refund, leaving without the food. The manager working issued my refund but never apologized for the wait. I understand things get busy and there are sometimes extensive wait times in the food industry. These things happen. But for the manager to not apologize is reflective of his poor leadership skills and most likely lends to the reason all of the customers were waiting for 20+ minutes to receive their orders. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds on Old Camp Road, Frederick, MD.
