- GBG B4 days ago2.0Inconsistent at best. This location used to be great. Now it seems you don't know what you're going to get when you order. Taking your food out of the bag is always a surprise now. If the order is right toppings are sparse. Unfortunate.

Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
