The worst customer experience ever!!!! I gave this location three times to get it right because I thought it would be a great addition to the area but the staff does not know how to handle customers. The first time it was my fault because I ordered online and accidentally order boneless instead of bone-in. I called and told them I made a mistake and they pretty much told me user error tough luck pal. Okay no big deal. The second time I ordered a large tub of ranch dressing to accommodate my large order. It must have been someone else to go order that never came because she grabs it from the smaller fridge, removes a sticker,then by the time we got home and opened it was expired, and chunky like it was blue cheese, but it wasn’t blue cheese. I called in and politely told them about this error and they told me next time I come in they would simply give me another ranch and it will be under my name. Well today I made another large order and tried to claim my promised ranch. The Manger On Duty at 6:30pm on 11/4/2025 interrogated me about what the women looked like, age, name, or any kind of description. I asked her if it was in the system and If not then I would just take my loss. I did pre warn her that I would write a review because I was promised a ranch dressing and they did not stand on their word and put it in the system. She then gets aggressive with me because she didn’t like the warning about me writing a review. Shoves the ranch dressing in my hand and tells me to leave!!!!!! I left, then I came back in as everything settled in and asked to speak with the manger and she was the manger on duty!!!! Wing stop needs to train better on how to handle customers. I do not feel that after spending over $60 on chicken that additional ranch is even worth it. I’m completely mortified and I have never been treated like that in all my adult life.

I had accidentally booked 2 orders, so i canceled one and the workers assured me i would get a refund. Long story short, i was talking to the workers and Perry the General Manager who gave empty promises and ignored my texts (he gave me his personal cell and i could see he read my messages) and i never got my refund from them after talking multiple times for weeks. So I went through my credit card instead at that point.

Service was great... But the food was not so much... Every soda in the machine was out... So we got the lemonade and tea instead... Once to the car realized that the ice was very dirty tastes like how a dirty diaper smells...My drink is a very important part of my meal being that I drink more than I eat... I can taste a dirty soda machine a mile away and this one was absolutely disgusting.
