    This post is for the Wendy’s located at 5000 Buckeystown Pike in Frederick. I believe the Flynn Group owns this store. I have been trying to contact the supervisor for this Wendy’s location and the number the manger (Becky) provided no one answers and the messages are full. I went thru the drive through on October 25 around 1:30. Initially I thought the store was closed because the parking lot was empty and no one was in the drive through. Normally I would have not stopped and ordered from Wendy’s but my son wanted a frosty. We ordered 2 meals (2 #1’s, single burger meals) totaling about $25 and requested 2 ranch dips. Pulled over the dip wasn’t in the bag, so my son went in and asked for the ranch dips. He was told he had to pay for them. So I then went in thinking there was a mistake, nope!, said I had to pay for the dip. I explained I just paid $23.09 for 2 meals, one of which I requested just ketchup on. So should I have received a credit for the lack of lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and mayo that was not on the one burger. Wendy’s sales have been way down, you think retaining customers would be their top priority. We usually would have gone to chick fil A, who I might add always, always provides their customers with ranch dip upon request and hands it over with a courteous smile. We will not be back.

    Don't usally eat fast food but skipped breakfast that day. Food was good, place was crowded but was in and out pretty fast due to it being lunchtime
