    I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time and the staff has always been friendly, worked around issues, and dealt with rushes well, I appreciate their food and work

    I've been to this Taco Bell many times, any they are always busy, but they always get orders done quickly. In addition, the drive thru staff is very friendly, even remembering my name and making good connections.

    If you want to get ignored by the staff and have you sitting around waiting on an order for 15 min just for them to tell you the order was already picked up this is the place to come! And it’s dirty as hell in there. 4:30 pm on 11/29/25

    Self checkout kiosks packed closely together with no room to move. Awful layout.Two non functional kiosks, too. Staff friendly and efficient.

    Today i ordered at 1:36 PM using the kiosk and paid $13.08. I waited over 17 minutes and kept checking the pickup area — nothing came out. I finally asked the staff, and they couldn’t even find my order in the system. No apology, no explanation, and instead of fixing it or offering to make the food, they just gave me a refund — and even that was short. I only got $11.64 back. This is honestly ridiculous. I go to this location often and have never been treated like this. At the very least, they should’ve apologized or made the order quickly once they realized the mistake. Really bad service and no care for the customer. This needs to be addressed.
