- AWApellonia WilliamsJan 1, 20262.0I haven’t been to Subway in years, but I decided to give it another try and I really regret it. The ordering experience was frustrating from the start. The protective shields they still have up make it very hard to communicate, and the person taking my order could barely speak English. They were struggling to hear and understand me. She even had to get another employee to assist, which slowed everything down even more. I thought this would be a quick stop, but it took much longer than expected just to order some simple sandwich. I ordered two footlongs, a Meatball Marinara and the Subway sandwich and repeatedly said I just wanted them made the regular way as stated on the board. I felt like the process dragged on for no reason. Then the price… $25 for two basic sandwiches is ridiculous. I even had the Subway app and couldn’t find a single coupon that could be used in-store. For how expensive it was, the sandwiches weren’t even that good. After years of not going to Subway, this first visit back will definitely be my last. Slow service, overpriced food, and an overall disappointing experience.

So I said then take the tomatoes off and put more olives, I can’t do that. 6 olives a sandwich that’s all I can do. If you want 6 more have to buy another sandwich.
