- JSJohn SAug 2, 20252.0Ordered a 12" inch cold sub, untoasted, for carryout. For all their ads of fresh baked rolls, mine certainly wasn't one of them. It was stale and falling apart. I sent an email to Subway and the franchisee's response was a "thanks for bringing it to our attention". No offer whatsoever to compensate for a lousy sub they didn't mind charging me for. I guess expecting a business to actually offer customer service is out of style. At least at this Subway location.
