- AAAlex Anukem6 days ago1.0This is literally so unlike me to leave a bad review on anything or to leave a review in general, but my experience -multiple experiences actually with Pizza Boli’s has been really bad. There was an instance about a year ago, where I ordered pizza and it literally never came. They told me that I Gave them the wrong address, but the address that I had put in was the same from previous orders that I had already ordered, which had arrived. Another time more recently about five months ago, I ordered a pizza which never came. They told me the pizza would take 25 minutes to get to me and I didn’t start calling them until after an hour had passed because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had to call the restaurant 30 TIMES no exaggeration because they would not pick up even though I had ordered food and paid for it and it never showed up and it took until the 30th try for them to answer, and when the person picked up the phone, I could tell from the way the conversation went that they hadn’t even started on making my food. Then the food shows up an hour later and it is just the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. no sauce on it, it was stale, the bread, and I literally had to just throw it away because I was more worried about possibly getting sick because I ordered a seafood pizza and judging by the way the quality of everything else was, I assumed that the seafood would probably not be safe to eat. I told myself I won’t risk another bad experience here so I’m never going back

People have strong accents and lack of knowledge to take order. What I recieve was only cheese with jalapeños, what the hell... when I called back to inform them of their mistake. I was in for another surprise, utterly nonsense attitude with no remorse and wouldn't do anything to fix the issue... I will not recommend anyone to order from this place. Now that I can see all these negative reviews, I can see why this franchise is losing loyal pizza bolis customers and business.
