  I hope my review helps your business. I wanted to share some honest feedback based on our experience ordering from your Urbana location several times. We live in Urbana and have three kids who love pizza, so we often order Papa John’s. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that the pizza from the Urbana location is not the same quality as other locations—especially compared to the Middlebrook location, which makes pizza much better in our experience. Some specific issues we’ve noticed: • The pizza tastes different and doesn’t have the same quality or flavor as Middlebrook. • The garlic butter that comes with the breadsticks has barely any sauce—just one small spoonful in the entire box. It feels very cheap and disappointing. Even the dough and overall flavor seem off compared to what we’re used to from other Papa John’s locations. Because of this, we’ve stopped ordering from the Urbana store and now place our orders with Middlebrook, picking up the pizza on the way home from work. I truly hope management reads this feedback. We live in a great neighborhood with lots of families and kids who love pizza, and we want to support our local location. Please consider reviewing the quality of ingredients, cooking methods, or even staffing to bring this location up to the same standard as others.

  I don’t know what happened to this papa johns, it used to be good. Called to order the pizza and was told it would take 30 minutes. That was ok with me because they had always been very busy in the past and I was prepared for that. But after arriving, I waited another half hour for a hot but not so good pie. There’s were two people working there but only one was making pizzas.
