What your name?!" He clearly did not comprehend my replies because he was wearing ear buds, yet somehow he seemed unaware it would affect his hearing, so he just walked away in a huff. Very unprofessional and unpleasant behavior that makes me hesitant to give my business to panera again. Contacted their online feedback, absolutely no response.
