She said she sent refund on my card but how when I didn’t give her my card for a refund to take place because she wouldn’t allow me back in store before closing because she already mopped floors? Emma says it’s your store policy to not offer receipts for refunds on uncooked food. Very displeased with the disrespect and uncooked food here. It’s totally unacceptable.
