    The drive-thru person didn’t greet me or instruct in any way, and didn’t offer me a receipt. He really seemed to refuse to do his job completely. I worked a drive-thru when I was 16. It’s not tough, and this was a very slow time. He really just refused to execute the steps he was trained to do. In the current job market, he shouldn’t be working at all.

    It blows my mind how terrible McDonalds are now a days. 23 mins for two cheeseburgers? And it costs as much as a fast casual. It no longer makes any sense.

    My burger and fries were flavorless. The nuggets were super hard and difficult to chew. The diet coke was fresh and perfect. The staff was attentive.

    Terrible service. I ordered 2 apple pies and a decaf coffee in the drive thru. I got my pies nice and fresh and immediately, however, it took over 30 mins to get my decaf coffee. I had to call the store to have them bring it out. I was on a cane and could not walk in. I watched 22 cars go thru the drive thru behind me while they had me wait to the side. When I got my coffee, it did not have the sugar free shot I paid extra for and it was so hot, with no sleeve, I could not drink it for another 20 mins while I drove to Germantown. Another person was also waiting the same amount of time as me, she went in and got her food and they gave her compension, I wasnt so lucky. I will avoid this location in the future, very disappointing.

    Ordered a triple cheeseburger and they only put two slices of cheese. Don’t short me on already overpriced low quality food.
